If really crash bank int at the most 7%only. 1.5yr u get 10%++. I believe investing at current price will get higher return.

If market crash I keep my lovely Hevea in fridge for 1.5 yrs.

Like to make some correction. Conversion of wa causes effective dillution. KSL get $1.6 for every conversion. $1.6 < NTA 3.87. Rate of dilution > rate of cash increment. Sale of treasury share indeed increase share value. Market price $4.4x > NTA 3.87. Rate of cash inflow > rate of dillution. I'm learning. Pls share.

charlie82. Just sharing my 2sen. Conversion of wa & sale of tresury share will effectively dillute share value. Your later points just neutralise your earlier points. For me, the growth of retained earning is more meaningful than amt of retained earning. Amt of retained earning doesn't reflect the wealth in it's coffer. It just record the accumulated earning after dividend payment & change in share capital. These accumulated wealth might not be the figure shown in balance sheet because some is used in capex & other investments.

From the FBMKLCI structural warrants' ex price, we can know the bankers' prediction of 2015 KLCI index.
Ex price: 1780 - 1850 (8 out of 14 warrants)
Ex price: 1851 - 1900 (6 out of 14 warrants)

If share price after ex can really hit $4, which is equivalent to $8 before ex, then upside = 78% relative to current price. Yammy............

Assuming that the 5sen div is after bonus ex, and KSL pays the some div every quarter, then total div is 20sen. If investors chase the share up to div yield 5%, share price after ex = 20sen/5% = $4. @ $4 banker has to pay ca holders. Is KSL trying to challenge the banker?

If below $1.5 u should run. Market crash!

lenglui. Theory is theory. Not always work in real world. Homeritz is better than Hevea in many metrics. But look at the historical price chart. Homeritz share holders make more money or Hevea? I also have Homeritz & Latitude. But I made more money from Hevea.
