u know how capital repayment work or not? u trying to con people or u got conned by people?

capital reduction, no matter it's privatisation or capital repayment, must ONLY be deducted by share capital account. in other word, maximum pay out from capital reduction is the share capital amount, which is 74.9 mil, 50 sen per share. huge earning from disposal is in retained earning account LOH!

unless company issue bonus share, then share capital will be increased by transferring retained earning into share capital account. like that then repayment will be huge.

What's the purpose to extend the dispatch of offer document? This is just a MGO without the intention to completely takeover the whole stake of the company. You can see in the PDF file of the takeover notice, whereby Tony Tiah has the intention to maintain listing and no intention to invoke compulsory acquisition to acquire 100% of the share.

yes, the purpose to hold this stock isn't to receive dividend, but the fact is this stock is illiquid to make capital return at maximum (which is the NTA of 2.57)
if this egm cannot go through, the share price will tumble back to 1.30-1.40 level, then you missed the opportunity to realize your profit at 1.75, unless you believe the offeror will make another takeover offer above 1.75. but would the offer be around 2.57, after you viewed this offeror as a stingy person?
another factor you should consider is the offeror is the person who manage the business, and bring development and expansion to the business. surrender your share at lower price is reasonable based on this fact.

Why removed from global standard but add into global small cap? Probably Sapnrg became a small cap stock in Msci's definition. And probably the weightage of Sapnrg in global standard is bigger than small cap, it sloped downward.
