this is similar to privatisation through EGM, which also need 90% of acceptance from the shareholders

of course surrender no need to fill up the form. when u had to surrender, that already become a compulsory acquisition situation. the offeror must receive more than 56% shares, by way of receiving acceptance form from shareholders, to take compulsory acquisition action.

they will distribute the form within 14days if not mistaken. u can refer the recent takeover offer of ablegrp, which u can find on bursa announcement page. or u can ask ur remisier/dealer, they earn ur brokerage

people want set condition to 90% of acceptance, u think the owner want extra 10% of controlling stake only? if the offer cannot go through the market price will not be high as now

If they cannot get 90% of acceptance, those who accepted the offer will only get back their shares instead of 38sen. Isn't it?

this david ho's intention to privatise is no play play one. why would he waste time to make offer if he has no confidence to do it? if he feels current offer couldnt make the deal go through, he would revise to a higher offer price i think.

mother 4% return, son 5% return (excluded brokerage, fees etc) within a month, but has risk of offer price readjustment and cancellation lah, which i think chances of these occurrences are small.

people offer at 38sen and 20sen, why they are so panic to sell?

612million of profit on disposal. Am I correct? That is about 72sen of EPS

Just get some info form a friend who is closely to people in connect not yet confirm is that the syndicate who manipulate this company share currently are creating chaos inside the company management which had force some management people in the company to leave in order to allow them to take control on this company by using this despicable tactic so can buy it cheaper

I share infois because I saw too many people become scared and panic when the share price suddenly drop so drastically and they are so pity cheat by those no moral big shark that why I try to tell you all some info and hope you all not so easily cheat by this people .

To be frank to you mr impossible if this share drop another 30 % ,it still may not reach my capital yet and currently I am keep accumulating ,to share with you I do not like to pretend clever or show off .I can tell you, I bought JHM for only 15 sen , I bought vis from 20 sen , and I also bought mmsv at 20 sen all above 3 counter I am still keeping, and I am not showing off.

u can check broker code of the counterparties u dealt with (ie. 079 from JFapex). i did it last time with kenanga online platform (excel force platform). cant remember how to check. i'm using software platform nowadays.

Cimb MUFG only sell today not yesterday.

As I know cimb has off market deal at 6.20 today. But yesterday share price already started to drop. I bought it and most of it were from jp morgan and another one not sure it's credit suisse or UBS securities (forgotten).

The news came out after the market close. If mufg disposed its stake through off market, who are the one selling before the news? Were those institution players doing front running ahead of retailers?

no. of share in dayang: 964.809mil
dividend equivalent to 0.47 per share of dayang


for speculators:

if buy now at RM1, ex-price would be RM0.53
1000 lot of dayang entitled 302 lot of Perdana
If Dayang stay at RM1 after ex-dividend, Perdana must stay above RM1.56 to break even.
Or else those who hold this for dividend would make losses.

Perdana closed at 1.54 before suspension. Once it resume trading, will it trade above 1.54 after factor-in all oil related events happened in these two years?
