Insider trading again. Lot of insider news in Bursa market but SC no take action on them. Only catch dealer/remisier with manipulation act. Why so double standard one? I know one of the operator who operate several penny counters is still alive in Bursa market. He has been operating stock for many years yet hasn't been caught. Those who have been caught are mostly ikan bilis.
