u are not as dumb as your name sound. Observatory alrdy calculated at 3.30 is fair price for post pandemic 2024 onwards. Meantime shorties want to buy back at 65sen. Shorties hoping every retailers will cut loss so they can buy back very cheap and make hundred of millions of profit. They will continue to pressure retailers to sell with all the fearmongrels shouting everyday telling retailers to sell. Unfortunately, some will be hit by margin calls and the naysayers will say this is part of the necessary evil of the market. They are really black hearted ppl. At this low price I will continue to hold and slowly average down further, and hope that like u, if most retailers don't sell below this price and decide to hold long term, then eventually the shorties have to buy back at higher price.

The additional profit from the extra US 5 ( 29 - 24 ) will.give additional rm 600 million profit or 22 sen eps. Using PE of 15., it is another rm.3.30 . I still have not add the profit from the Supermx Distribution yet. My assumption on Supermx Distribution profit is.much higher than.Observatory. I have decided not to discuss our differences in this forum. I take it as my big bonus if I am correct.
