MI's exponential growth is likely happened in FY17 and FY18 is unlikely to surpass it. FY17 average quarterly revenue and net profit is RM43.3m and RM14.8m. First quarter of FY18's revenue and net profit at RM33.4m and RM6.5m is somehow fall short. Unless the next 3 qrts can get average revenue RM50m to justify a growth story.

Ucrest is a bit hard to play because their Russia revenue declining but they started new revenue stream from Singapore. We small players really have no clue of how their business has been doing lately. Mr. Eg didn't provide update. Brahmal suddenly became substantial shareholder. Don't know is genuine investing or goreng only. So at the end it is up to you to bet. Never try to ride with Brahmal. He will play die you.

Sometimes not I wanna boast but Ucrest did reach volume as low as 4.97m on 28 May 2018 before taking a last ditch nosedive to 0.205 the next day. Then all the way from 0.205 to 0.35 today in a span of 9 market days. Bravo.

US does have robust semicon biz. Unfortunately we Malaysia doesn't have semicon producer, we just have semicon assembly and test services/equipment providers.

I'm afraid the demand for "AI, Big data, IoT, deep learning, machine learning, data centers, autonomous cars, electric cars, electrification of cars, cryptocurrencies" semincon tests is just enough to offset the loss in demand for smartphones semicon test. In the end, no growth in our semicon related companies. After all those too high tech things have not really penetrated Asian markets yet.

I'm looking for tech sector in Malaysia that will have exponential growth right now.

Although semiconductor is needed in many electronics other than mobile phones, the recent slowdown in mobile phones demand will give an impact on the semicon biz. Evidenced by
