But in Malaysia I am very sad that some of the CEO of public companies are self serving in dipping their hand into the cookies jar, treating the company as their own private piggy bank and their priority is Me first, Me second and Me third.

Nothing destroy the share value of the company faster than a self serving or a conman CEO and many people lose his/her life saving and some even commit suicide because of insider con job/scam. The conman/scammer get away with murder because good man do nothing until when the victim is his own family member or close friends then only they regret not doing something to stop or expose the scam.

We as minority shareholders are perfectly capable and able to stop it before it happen if we just care to attend AGM ask the hard questions and hold the BOD and external auditor accountable. Follow up and report any irregularities/red flags to SC/Bursa.

Most of small cap shares dropped by more than 30%-50% lately. Just wander what shares Aaron bought lately and most small retail investors lost heavily lately. I believe most PMB shareholders are making good money...

- ASP (spot) is MUCH higher in Q4. Be it Chinese silicon metal or Europe, Q4 price range between USD 4500-9500, much higher than Q3 prices.
- Operating leverage.

Whilst there's no mention of utilisation rate, there was a mention of MCO 3.0 happened during the quarter (Note A4).

MCO 3.0 only essential allowed to operate. Steel, other metals, even medical gloves are not allowed to operate for almost a month...

PMB, even without full production, can achieve such results with PBT margin of 22% at asp of around USD 2600. This quarter asp will be around USD 4000-4800. If we use asp of USD 4000, the estimated profit will be RM 63m

KYY Conclusion:

Currently there is still some forced selling to meet margin calls. I am very sure that AYS price will soon recover to at least its share placement price of 76 sen.

As you all know the Budget 2021 proposal has affected almost all the listed stocks, especially the large cap stocks due to the prosperity tax increase from 24% to 33%. In view of this additional tax, all the big cap companies will report reduced profit next year. As a result, institutional and foreign investors have been dumping their shares. This rapid dropping of large cap stocks is also pulling down small cap stocks, including AYS.

The last traded price for AYS is 68 sen and my last purchase price was 70 sen using margin finance. I will have margin call if it does not rebound today. In any case whether AYS rebound or not to day, I am not discouraged to use margin finance.

value seeker thank you for your good words. I believe want to go back to previous high a bit hard, half way maybe possible ie between 61sen - 91sen
