Otb got responsibility to his subcriber. Subcriber subcribe to otb service in expectation of better performance against market return. Latest result gave big lose to it's subcriber in totalilty provided the subcriber following otb proposed calls and analysis. For that, he need to give a good solution. Said 2000 subcriber x loses in masteel n hengyuan. Some subcriber should be filthy rich customer too..When u look at that, you wish you use your skills and trade secretly and silently for ownself rather than monetize it for subscription. Compare Q4 2017 against Q4 2016, compare apple to apple basis by taking out tax. Q4 2017 is 247 mil against Q4 2016 207 mil.
Q4 2017 is better.

According to chart, HY is on wave C down. Next target range:7.5-8.5 to find its bottom before stabalizing . Everyone should be very cautious. The low will definitely breaking lower in term of price.

There is RM267.7 mil carried forward tax losses which can be utilized for income tax exemption. Let see how much has been utilized so far for Hengyuan in 2017 as below

Hengyuan Shandong is producing Euro 5 & 6 in China.
Do not trust the analyst's report that Hengyuan has a problem to produce Euro 4 in Malaysia.

the plant was valued at the equivalent of scrap metals just not long ago.....but the plant is now a few years older.

Petronm needs to spend 14 billion to build a plant which is 90 KBPD which is smaller than Hengyuan present plant with capacity of 126 KBPD.

I am wondering a simple question. The present market capitalization of petronm is around 2.8B and that of hengyuan is 3.6B
If the proposed 14B expansion is sole for refinery, then why not spend 5B to buy the whole hengyuan. The job is so much easier and cost effective.
