So Chemical Stock will be go up together.

My strategy is everytime it drop from high by 5%, I will buy 10 big lot.
If it remain at the same price level for more than 1 week, I will buy again.
Fund allocated for this counter is RM150k as long as the price still below RM1.00.
Once it above RM1.00, I will not top up anymore. Then fund will be move to another undervalue growth stock.

Example:-

If it go up to RM0,75, then it drop 5%, around RM0.715, then I will buy. If drop to RM0.68, I will buy again, then RM0.65. If it stop dropping, maintain at RM0.65 for more than 1 week, I will buy again. if it move up to RM0.715 and maintain there 1 week, I will add more also. This action will be repeat until the share price reach RM1.00.

What happen if the price continue drop? All the way from RM0.75 to RM0.30?
For me, if the fundamental or growing of the company does not have significant change, I will continue stick with it.

My target is to accumulate, I am not looking for short term rebound or profit taking, I am aim for long term, until the price reflect its true value.

DANCO never make us disappoint, but more before it reach RM1.00

Capacity increase from 1bil to 2.5bil, you will the the profit quantum leap.

So for a company that can generate Rm100mil PAT (normalised profit), RM400mil net cash on hand, do you think RM1.28 is too cheap (market cap RM1065mil)
