Parkson got 2 listed stocks ie PRGL and PRA. Like those who own shares far easier to dispose for cash than properties.

After writing off intangible assets still got NA RM 1.54.

TheContrarian Parkson it's NA not NTA. There's huge intangible assets in Parkson which is worthless today.

JuniorR PRA made accounting losses. Parkson bhd has NTA of RM2.34. Even after minus Intangible assets, NTA is RM1.54 thereabouts. Parkson Bhd sold products worth RM12,037,479,000 in 2016. Now its market cap is RM581,000,000. For comparison, Oldtown Bhd has an NTA of RM0.82 sold products & services worth RM393,406,208 in 2016. Now its market cap is RM1,288,000,000. That is Parkson sold 30.6x more goods & services than Oldtown but is worth almost half of Oldtown. Even if Parkson Bhd is making losses, can its shares be worth nothing? Thats like saying you can get free food from a shop just cause it doesnt taste as good as you would like it.

Why would anyone want to buy a clearly downtrend stock like Hubline, beats me. Value has been dropping steadily since stock consolidated in Feb with no end or reversal in sight. Try something better, anything but Hubline. PWorth, Dnex, Muiind, so many better options out there.

If you think there's fraud, the fastest way is to make a police report for fraud, file your report under white collar crime / criminal breach of trust with the Commercial Crime Department. Under law, police is required to commence investigation once a report is filed.

If someone deleted because bluff 1. Don't trust him.

kakashi you should buy Parkson now. Cash per share(base on latest QR) is 79 sen but market price 10 sen lower. Parkson still has properties and 2 listed companies.

kakashi its ok calvin, what u doing is basically calculating cash/share and says that the company is worth that. Nonesense. You go find a company where the share price is equal to cash/share and maybe i will buy that company.

If you have 10,000 shares you can get extra 450 shares if Parkson decide to declare share dividend. I think more likely to declare share dividend when buy back reach 5% if Parkson decide so.
