A final single tier dividend of 6.6 Sen per share for the financial year ended 2019 had been recommended
by the Board of Directors in their previous board meeting which was announced on 28 February 2019
for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
The dividend declared and recommended by the directors comply with the Group’s dividend policy of
distributing at least 50% of the Group’s profit after tax.

Censof Holdings Bhd was forced to liquidate an additional 61.5 mln shares, equivalent to a 3.5% stake in Dagang Nexchange Bhd (DNeX) on 19th March 2020, due to another round of margin call. The original cost of investment for the 61.5 mln DNeX shares was RM12.5 mln. Looking at the prevailing adverse external market conditions, the outlook for petrochemical industry is still expected to remain challenging in the year ahead with some support from the Asian region growth momentum.

For FY 2020, our plants in Malaysia are scheduled for a major statutory turnaround for all plants, with the exception of one cracker and one polypropylene plant. The plant turnaround is scheduled around end February to early April 2020

• High-grading drilling opportunities for 2019 and 2020 – We have identified several drilling
opportunities in the Guillemot A, Teal and Teal South fields which can be drilled in 2019
and 2020. Sub-surface evaluation work is on-going so that opportunities may be ranked for
investment consideration.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance uptime and production – We have identified
opportunities to build redundancy and debottleneck our processing facilities on the
Anasuria FPSO facility. These opportunities are being evaluated and if implemented, will
potentially increase liquid production rates. We are currently conducting detailed
engineering studies to rank the various opportunities. These opportunities are part of our
strategy to enhance production from the Anasuria Cluster to a volume of circa 5,000
bbls/day (net) by financial year ending 30 June 2020.
