SAM is still 70% owned by Temasek so small free-float (like abovementioned stock,63% owned by Indo-based APP ) can be pushed up much more than normal stocks....in SG mainly to kill unwitting short-sellers :)

Not really. Just more undervalued cos. trading as ultrapennies =) The above stock was trading for under net cash of 7c per shr when I spotted it...now it's almost up to its book value...

Miserable performance since the peak in 2014. Fortunately, I treated it as a trading stock rather than a value stock.

Gave up on $22 tgt...CPO trend looks *eeeek* short-term. Took half my capital out from 21.60-21.80

Made a decision not to take a contra gain yesterday...luckily...now 30c higher =)

1,382 million tickets...more than KLK which will be the 1st choice of large funds whenever there is interest in plantation(which currently there is hardly any). Boss buy daily like kacang putih also cannot break $1 convincingly & still only 20%,far from the 33% threshold.

KLK crash briefly to 19.78 on a sudden foreign fund exit yet rebound sharply,10%, to 21.70. That's why I SOLD off my recent speculative stakes in Taann & TSH & hold on only to KLK because kacang putih bosses cannot match large funds' pushing power!

Remember that a billion+ tickets co. is hard to push up in price, unless it has revenue of 1 bil or more & has proven long track record of profitability or is considered a blue-chip. Because the large buy orders of foreign funds and institutions will likely be absent that can push the price UP.

Yup. Still better than us investors/speculators. As long as we buy/sell, they earn easy $. I consider myself very lucky to have at least one capital gain each day the mkt was open all the way back to Jul 29 '20. But many ppl bought too aggressively at higher levels & now are MIA.

Even my 27-year-experience PBInvest remisier in KL who has many loyal clients recently complaining that her income is the lowest in years.
