Director resign, chair of audit Committee resign, but top 5 highest volume for today and no formal news?

This 'no meaningful revenue' stock better tread very very very carefully with close monitoring of stop loss. I only believe it will be no more below 10 c after it stays above it more than a week.

Memorylane, the number of subscribers should have spiked up significantly like for Netflix - that was the basis of my argument. Adverts also should have gone up in anticipation of increase in subscribers. Is it possible new habits and newer technologies are disrupting Astro? Just a thought.

Astro should have done well in this covid-19 situation. Netflix has shot up to the sky recently. Perhaps Netflix is a competitor now because it is dirt cheap and it is mobile by default. If astro can't perform during past few months I don't see much promise for this stock. Any counter arguments?

When warrant is overpriced, to me it means buyers believe price of mother expected to go significantly higher. When it is lower it means nobody believe mother's increase is sustainable. That's how I see it.

Finally warrant + conversion moving equal or more than mother, and in addition high volume. Now I am convinced something very positive going to happen.

Let's look at it positively - at least there is unusual volume tday for this stock.

Ptrans is not losing, its recent few qtr results OK. Its stagnating a few cents below warrant conversion price - enough for warrants to expire worthless if mother don't move. Pelik isn't it? That's what I'm trying to understand and explain. Further, market shooting up like mad.

No, if warrant expire worthless, mother shareholders and Ptrans stand to gain by no dilution in value of stocks due to surge in number of mother via conversion. The current warrant holders r the ones who stand to lose.

This stock for past few qtrs positive but never go up despite a number of almost bankrupt stocks shooting up. Perhaps after its warrant expires worthless in 19sep20, then mother may move. I wonder who stands to benefit if warrant expire worthless - it is in the interest of this entity to ensure mother don't move up until expiry day. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

After the 2017 incident (see graph) where nobody seem to know why it went up a lot and then quickly nose dived, I would prefer to wait for price to be at least greater than 10c for more than a week to consider going in. Unless there is clearly worded (not words like may, most likely, etc) formal good news (not rumour), upon which I will consider getting in.

Right hand go to left hand and vice versa. Good news always followed by drop in price. I only consider this stock if it stays above RM0.25 for more than a week.

I wouldn't want to trust this movement until the warrants trade equivalent or higher to the mother stock. Why? Because many don't buy into this surge yet to go into warrants which r much cheaper

Can any sifu here explain why the warrants + exercise price are much lower than the stock price? In my experience it is always equal or higher. Unless I get proper explanation, I view the current rise in this stock with suspicion.

If I were to be given to buy via private placement a huge sum of stocks at ridiculously cheap price, you just have me the ammunition to influence this stock price safely to my advantage.

Jojo85, some originating entity must have sold u and i the warrants at higher prices. You and I bought it with the hope that it will appreciate in value within the stated time frame. However, it is the hope of the selling entity that it will expire worthless. Do u think manipulating (suppressing) the price until at least expiry would be a great way to do so?

It would be good if someone can explain why the warrants are not increasing in tandem with mother stock.

Doesn't it mean that by fixing selling price to 35, Hibi stands to gain in terms of getting to sell all of its production quickly if price goes up? Note that currently there is grossly excess of crude oil.

Price of world oil dropping like mad yet hibi doesn't seem to budge. There is just no place to store the oil as too much oil being extracted and low demand as World economy still recovering from covid 19. What's the flaw in my argument?

As far as I, an ikan bilis, see, Sumatec at one time was in serious coma and coffin already bought (0.005 sen). Those who were in were either too stuck to get out or were taking the chance that this dead cat may bounce back. I am new to companies that are traded as stocks. Looks like as a director I can pay myself one of the highest salary among other stocks in klse though the stock is a penny stock and the stock price dropping from over 4++ to 33sen. And there is no 'police' to regulate?

Has anyone done a count on the number of billion dollar contracts this company has obtained these past few years? If I remember right they are followed by drop in share price. I hope I am wrong, sorry.

I think this stock should invest totally based on sound financial fundamentals and performance. This stock always full of good and very good news since I knew it during the RM 4.xx days but continuously dropping steadily. Good news and performance looks like negatively co-related for this stock.
