My take : Good biz model, Good management, good locations. What else can you hope for except that the various developments will be achieved sooner. Cheers & Good luck to all.

Yes,FGV have to continue paying good dividends bcos their key shareholders are the hardworking settlers. Another aspect is the share price which is now only one third the IPO price. Can anyone imagine his/her networth depreciate in this way? Management must abandon the foreign adventures and focus on the home front. FEW companies with multiple core business ever succeed for long for a simple reason......top management is very seldom multi-talented.

Sooner or later FGV management will need to "GORENG" otherwise the settlers will PANICthat their asset is only 1/3 IPO price. Wrong focus by tiga suku management.
