2008出现的崩盘，我认为是美国介入阿富汗战争，和伊拉克战争，长期结果，差不多十年，消耗了大量美国财力。还有全球实体企业资金大量进入中国。造成欧美国家，国内出现“空心化”，资金过多流出，而股市无可避免崩盘。当时中国刚刚开放，样样东西非常廉宜，人工，土地非常低廉。条件优惠，提供多年免税，非常具“竞争力”。而现在刚好相反，外资回归本土，或者转移东南亚，越南最为明显。
一切，已经改变。

一般上，国家财政破产，游资流失，股市自然崩盘。而国家富裕，钱款充沛，股市崩盘？财政历史中从未出现过如此景象。这也不符合最基本经济逻辑。当然，资产价格不能远离或者超越基本面。现在美国钱款充沛，从石油钱大量节省，两伊战争也退出来；省却很多战费，财政自然出现盈余很多。国民就业数据也算优良，甚至全民就业。如此景象说可能出现经济萧条，崩盘？本就滑稽可笑的事。
欧洲，经济也应该过的去，从几年前的困境，而温和复苏。对我国出口企业，都是好的势态。
中国企业生产成本急剧增加，工资，土地成本和各种税收的猛涨，而造成竞争力丧失。让他们外资大量流失，很多转移到东南亚成本低廉国家，如越南，印尼，马来西亚，让我们企业得到很好的出口营运机会。
这样的势态，认为马国股市，可能会出现股市崩盘？机率应该不高。再说股市已经调整两百多点，现今时机，应该趁机检点平宜优质货，是自然精明合理的选择。
石油降价，影响马国政府的开销，早应该避开这些靠政府开支而挣钱的企业股项。而石油概念股，也已经跌的低非常廉，这些应该自己考量投资的策略。

油价跌[破二十美元？傻啦，生产国减产自然不会啦。不减产，什么事都会发生。全球股市不会崩盘？ 欧美国家因石油价格低廉，节省大量金钱。人民自然相对比较富裕。社会富裕资产崩盘，本就荒谬的不现实。
石油生产国，收入减少，自然出现困难是肯定的。应该短期，避开石油关连的股票。马国政府财政出现困难，也是事实。而出口制造业的股，反而，相对有利。不过货币兑率出现变动，短期不稳定，影响投资情绪；需要注意。

fron the budget amendment , see government does not make big cut in infrastructure spending, so earlier approved projects are still on,then next important factor need to monitor is the price of oil,market talk is Russia and saudi arab, reached agreement to cut 5% of their production ,thus we see oil price recovered ,currently 33 usd, hopefully can go abit high,so that malaysia won't go bankrupt, and able to pay spending bills.

but, if the management confident that, as demand is still expanding , they could recoup the money in one or two year, then it is reasonable.

with 3 millions capital operating for not more then 5 years,you can't expect there are plenty of asset ,like factoryland, large factory structure, plenty of advance manufacturing machinary, etc, so what is important is the technological know how, or expertise of making those organic products as specified..
thought i not chemist ,but my our impression, is that, these products are not so hard to develope,may be some phd in organic chemistry can do it, may be i am wrong?
