For me PE is a investor confident indicator which very a cross industry.
Higher PE means higher confident and otherwise.
It is pointless to argue on why pe high or low.

IMO most of the cw are with high premium and moving up is limited.

Total ca cb cc available in market is very limited as per bursa report.
Hence I believe RHB cw-ca is no longer a treat total ca remain 7% @jan18.
I believe rhb would have bought back more ca during the DJIA slump.
FYI, I've bought back hrc since this morning.
I believe HRC price will not go in to deep correction anymore.

Everyone have their own strategies but it may not work well at certain time. I don't mind to buy higher if the signal is strong and clear. If there is chicken carcass, just collect lah.

A point to think over, a total of 32% of CW-CA was unsold @Nov17.
Logically RHB should cancel the remaining cw-ca to minimise payout but why they continue sell till tdy?
Do they have a winning formula for the ca?

I think some IB didn't report their unsubscribe cw.
