if we compare Malaysia and Singapore in general, Malaysia is a "better" place to live.

BUT, we are comparing Singapore(Sg) government against Malaysia (My) government. Then, obviously, Sg government is a very much efficient, forward planning, cleaner and people oriented. Look at what SG achieved in the last 50 years compare with My.

1. Sg dollars vs My ringgit
2. GDP growth
3. GDP per capital
4. Number of public housing
5. Quality of public hospital
6. Education standard
7. University ranking
8. Crime rate
9. Corruption index and etc.................

Answer : Yes! This is how we as rakyat view politic! Not to drag race and religion into the mix! And spirit of muhibbah should not be taken for granted! There is no room for superiority complex! All race are equal! If you can't accept this as doctrine to healthy society, you are setting a dangerous political climate like we are experiencing today! I agree with OTB, Fortunebullz. Afterall, its core competence area-logistic still in good growing path. With lower fuel prices, it can be good result at least Q1 2015. Yet, we have to take note that property development might not be a recurrent thing, also have lower expectation for results

Latitud is clear winner in furniture stocks! However, Hevea is another fat margin counter to consider! Latitud will go and breach RM3 totally expected but if you want fat margin of RM1, go for Hevea!

Answer : Almost a year ago, Latitud was only 2.50 when I made my buy call and Hevea was 1.20! I won't dare to buy Latitud at current price! The safest furniture stocks to buy are Pohuat and Homeritz!

Downgrade only occur if price of oil dip under usd30! But such scenario already non existence! And with outstanding gdp last year, I believe Najib is the right person to strive the economy higher! Unfortunately we have too many critics who only motivation is to prove they are right for being wrong! Fed up with too many local and foreign critics who have nothing good to say when the economy data point otherwise! Accept that government is doing the right thing and shut up!

The next quarter result will be explosive! With diesel price far lower in January and February, this will be reflected in coming quarter! Tnlogis foray into property market is perhaps to unlocked their landbank! But be reminded tnlogis is leader in logistic business!
