They did not kill for the ESOS. There's only one Esos corporate exercise. Each year different batch came out, with different exercise price. All came from the said Esos approved. They can choose to exercise or not, no obligation. The previous batches most likely will not be exercised. All batches will lapse at a 5 year time frame based on the 1st batch. The last batch, will only valid for 1 year only.

So no new Esos or issuance of new shares, just the fixing of price for new batch under the same Esos.

If you have no idea or not involved in any corporate exercise before, do not spread rumors. This is very irresponsible.

I worked in a listed financial institution before. I was given Esos. It was the 1st year. It lasted 5 years for you to exercise. If there are price adjustments, the ESOS price will adjust too accordingly.
