the other factor is demand and supply. If suddenly there is a big demand, it will increase the price of the warrant as well.

Like I said, there are technical reasons how the warrants behave.

Intrinsic value of a warrant = (Current Index - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio

That means the lower the exercise ratio, the higher the value.

I noticed FBMKLCI-H5 and FBMKLCI-HZ were almost the same price this morning. Look what happens? Check how much exercise ratio of H5 and HZ.

It's not con business, its mathematics.

you need to choose the right ones. For a start, choose the put warrant with very very low exercise ratio. The index plunged almost 30 points today. It should be a good day for put warrants. Those that are moving are those with low exercise ratio

mslee81, FBMKLCI-CZ is not worth a sen now and will become worthless if the index can not close above 1680 when it expires in the next 3 weeks. Its price will drop more the nearer it is towards the expiry date. It is only suitable for intra-day trade, or very short term trade right now.

EVEL, Tenaga-C20 is call warrant issued by the market maker Macquarie, not by Tenaga itself. Usually the price of the call warrant is subject to the price of Tenaga, by using a formula. If Tenaga is at certain price, C20 is also at certain price, unless there is a huge buying/selling.

What you see if quite normal.
