What sickens me is his statement that:

Gold backing/inventory is one thing, selling gold for revenue is another. Hopefully Bornoil has capitalised on the recent rise in gold price or will do so when it has the opportunity.

kahhoeng, is the expiry date and valuation of that warrant important to holders only or to shareholders of BJCorp in general? If so, why?

Quite a number of "experts" here have opined that BJCorp's price will move up once BjCorp-CY matures, but no one seems to be able to explain why.

Interesting comments and analysis. In summary, does that mean the stock price will not have much upward movement until 7 March 2016? I bought in some time back (on the basis that it was undervalued etc.) so am down quite a bit, very tempted to sell and cut losses but just about holding on to it for now hoping that something will happen.

Warrant closed on Friday at RM0.1 + exercise price of RM0.1 = theoretical price of RM0.2 as of Friday. I'm thinking mother may start to track that from Monday.

I think many people on this forum, e.g. steve_usa, are day traders and not value investors or those who have holding power/take a long term view of stocks, so its not surprising that they panic at every moment and dump when people dump. Those who are day traders would and should probably follow suit, but for those who are in it for the long run, if you have conviction in your analysis and fundamentals of the company, then there is no reason why you should panic with the crowd. Afterall, wisdom of the crowd may not always be right.

Does anyone know the current status of the rights issue? All I know is that shareholders have approved it in April this year and based on the approvals set out in the circular, the remaining approvals required are from BNM and Kazakh's Ministry of Oil & Gas (for issuance of relevant permits).
