The Board of Directors of Hiap Teck Venture Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company's jointly -controlled entity, Eastern Steel Sdn. Bhd. (“ESSB”) has on 3 May 2013 entered into a Facilitation Fund Agreement with the Government of Malaysia and Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Facilitation Fund Agreement, the Government of Malaysia agrees to provide a grant to ESSB for the implementation of the Project, an amount of ten percent (10%) of the construction costs of the Project or Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Forty Two Million Only (RM142,000,000) whichever is lower.

The said Project is the ongoing development by ESSB of a blast furnace on the Project Land comprising of planning, designing, financing, development, construction, equipping, installation, completion, testing and commissioning of the blast furnace together with the necessary facilities and public infrastructures at Kemaman, Terengganu.

None of the directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with the directors and major shareholders of HTVB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said Facilitation Fund Agreement.

（吉隆坡9日讯）在速柏玛（Supermx，7106，主板工业产品股）执行主席兼集团董事经理拿督斯里郑金森公开支持民联之后，消息传出有20名内陆税收局（IRB）官员，在国会解散当日到访速柏玛总部及子公司，展开账目审查。

根据财经周刊《The Edge》引述消息人士指出，内陆税收局在审计速柏玛的账目前，到访该集团总部及子公司。

“一般上，只会有5或6名内陆税收局官员到公司查账，而非像这次的20人。他们很友善，并在数个小时后带着公司一些数据离开。”

不过，郑金森却不愿对这项事宜作出回应。

由于郑金森在大选前公开支持民联，成为市场的焦点。恰巧的是不只内陆税收局查账，该公司的股票还受到雇员公积金局（EPF）的抛售。

股价起伏不定

随着国阵在5月5日举行的第13届大选获胜并继续执行中央后，速柏玛的股价在选后第一个交易日（5月6日）下跌4仙或2%，至1.96令吉。

从周一至今，该股在每日起伏不定。今日该股上升6仙或3%，至2.06令吉，成交量为411万9100股。

That's possible but the new mas don't have expired date but the OR have.

Nope,buy the OR and summit for right issue the cost will be cheaper.Since,nobody can predict what is the open price for new mas,it is possible higher than the (MAS-OR + 0.23) price.
This is only personal opinion,since no much company like to awards punter with great deal.

Possible,since basically OR is not suitable for trading,is only a conversion certificate that don't have any value at all.
If really want to invest,still have to summit for right,don't burn your life saving gambling on OR.

Don't buy the initial MAS,since it is just a temporary pseudo counter that use to indicate mas-or price.

You buy mas-or + 0.23 sen after matures it will list as a new mas that after restructure.

MAS currently is only a shell that worth 0.32 if you really want to invest,just buy the OR and paid for the right issue at 0.23.

sorry guys wrong interpretation just like phyroxus said 1 mas entitle for 4 mas-or.But after the mas-or listed,mas itself will become like kassett case, become a shell only that actual value is 0.32 just like the open price today.somehow,the mas-or price will determine by mas last price when the OR listed out.

Jungle stock you can choose not to buy the right issue but your investment will base on the OR price already,if possible the OR can goreng to 0.70 then don't need to buy right issue lah,if not still have to pump money in.

1 MAS entitle 1 lot of MAS-OR so that you can buy 4 lot of right issue.
If your existing MAS still hold in hand then after the OR listed,the existing MAS will turn into MAS-OR too.Then you will have total 2 lot of MAS-OR.

Just listing 2 years want to privatize is that a bit desperate haha
