From my understanding,
GPACKET continue operating WiMax with infrastructure cost etc covered by DIGI, while DIGI will be able to access GPACKET's spectrum awarded by MCMC.

I would be more concerned if there's no quarterly loss, it simply means no corporation is needed ( with other telco).
Now, the reason why we're here is to bet on some deals with DIGI, nobody cares hows the quarterly results, at least in near term.
