OBM or non-OBM are of no difference.the growths depend on demand and supply .
When supply is more, ASP must be dropped but who has the better edge ? Obviously, its non- OBM who is more flexible to adapt to the averse condition while OBM is rigid due to its brand which is highly associated to the price.any drop in price may sign a wrong signal as to the value of brand.
RSS is not the main issue but supply and demand.another crucial factor is vaccine optimism and availability to combat variant virus.

rom legal perspectives,the shareholders who are the grievance parties and have suffered losses by placing reliance on the auditors reports could sue the auditors for negligence if proven successfully. The company is not a grievance party.
However,there is no sign of auditors' negligence so the suit against KPMG is untenable.

The hope to overturn the original findings of KPMG by the Ad hoc Auditors is not expected to be positive as reflected in the current share price.
External auditor from big 4 has been downgraded to non -big 4 now. Its a sign of shananigan to the detriment of the corporate image..

Why? they refuse to accept the said fact as mentioned earlier on ( regrettably removed to deprive the reader of the opportunity to read and judge ) . it is prejudiced to provide the readers with one sided information to camouflage the true facts,which will be backfired as reflected in the share price.

Some of the negative comments and opinions are constructive .no one should be deprived of the freedom to comments be it negative or positive.
If you are not agreeable ,you can refute with justification. There is no need to resort to intimidation and threat of removal or otherwise.
Investors should be rational and sensible and should be able to judge all the comments of their accords to the best of their abilities and capacities. By providing one sided information, it is unfair and discriminating and is an insult to the intelligence of the investors in general.

That's why I say OBM need not necessarily gain upper edge given the stiff competition and faced with the same high quality of products produced by their competitors who are non-OBM
Their competitors are in the better position with greater flexibility to maneuver ASP adjustment in accordance with the market condition.
Given the above,u should be able to figure out who will be the winner in the end?

Do you think the company can continue to use the high dividend policy to keep and/or lure the investors?
What happens to the fact that the future growths are not sustainable as they are expected to be given the pathetic current PE of 2 or even lower?
As soon as the high dividend is not sustainable due to the expected downtrends of future growths, the share price will be plummeted faster than you and me could imagine....
Wake up and face the reality of the harbinger of downtrend to come....
