The up was due to the appointment of EY for independent review only and it will be shortlived.

If the conclusion of EY is in agreement to the view of KPMG ,the share price will stumble again.

It is believed that the share price can not be sustained as long as the irregularities are not resolved.

KMPG 's audits are conducted in accordance with international acceptable auditing guidelines and standaands to arrive at their conclusion.

EY is expected to follow suit accordingly and professionally. As such ,I don't see how the EY could turn it around in favour of the BOD

1. KPMG place heavy reliance on the direct audit evidence than indirect ones

2. Kpmg are unable to obtain direct confirmation from the direct sources ie customers despite extended procedure

3.The direct assistance of Serbs is considered to be indirect evidence which is welcoming but not convining.

4. KPMG has no choice but turn to independent audit committees for assistance. Serba claimed that the independent committees are not well- versed in day to day operation but .....

In serba case, despite the audit tests , they are up to satisfaction beyond reasonable doubts they have another venue is to resort to independent audit committee for assistance.

If the tests are not up to their satisfaction ,they are required to perform further tests. These tests should be independently assessed without the direct assistance from mgt. The interference of "direct assistance from mgt" undermines the independence of external auditor as such...

The more you buy and or average, the faster you bite the dust.

KPMG,being an international well-known audit firm has been their external auditors since 2013.they are very well versed with the operations of the company.

It is believed KPMG has been tolerable in the past .It is believed that they must have raised the same issues in the past and they have given the company with ample time and opportunity to restore the teething issues.However,the mgt was adamant that they did nothing wrong.

In the end ,the auditors resort to the assistance of independent audit committees. You can't blame the auditors.

The market is very clear of this sentiment and the share price is reflected of this sentiment .the worse harbinger has yet to come.....
