Time to load up on Parkson. The worst quarter just ended. The remaining quarters are the best. China's growth story will propel this stock upwards. The Lion is currently in strong net cash position and it's main rivals are all in high net debt. So, the Lion have been well rehabilitated to resuscitate Megasteel's business. WC sees the opportunity to buy Megasteel for a song through the Lion and at current market prices of HRC and CRC, Megasteel will surely report decent profits. The challenge now is to get the deal through and restart the operations. There's big market for HRC in Malaysia, cheers.

This stock is selling @ historical PE of less than 4 only and there's so much fear of the stock falling further. Why so worried? In fact, if WC is not so stingy, the company can easily declare a 3 sen dividend and this would attract serious investors attention. Steel prices in Malaysia are still near its high. Why are people not buying steel stocks after a big pull back. Lionind will be declaring another solid quarter of profits by May 2018. Good write up. This guy has analysed HY very well and has hit the nail on the head. So far, this is the best view of HY's price direction going forward. The only think left out is HY's high gearing which would still be a thorn in 2018. Historically, refiners' margins are volatile from quarter to quarter. The industry therefore received lower PE ratio from investors. The price of HY at current levels are fairly valued going into 2018, cheers.
