BTW, a majority of JTiasa's palms are in prime age, thereby giving higher yield per hectare. This will translate to higher oil production and record profits, cheers.

Most traders will only start chasing plantation stocks when they announce their Oct- Dec 20 quarterly result in Feb2021. By which time the savvy funds have collected plenty and waiting to buy even more. The time to buy is now when it's still cheap in the current bull run on CPO prices, cheers.

Savvy investors are buying in anticipation of big announcement of China partner coming on board to fund Megasteel expansion soon. Once the BF is installed, Megasteel's production cost will be very lean and competitive. Very good times coming for the Lion King. With the current gomen support, big profits await Lion King in the next few years. The world is on the cusp of a full scale recovery once the vaccine reaches the masses, cheers.

Conman also have to face their KARMA. Writing day and night won't help if the heart is evil. For money, they will sell their family and tell lies without blinking. One day he will justify a thousand reason why you should buy, and suddenly the next day, everything about the company is bad, of course after he has sold. These are the traits of conman.

Self proclaimed super investor is learning the hard way, thinking if company is making good profits means share price must go up. If so easy, then majority will be making money and not losing. Hopefully, he becomes more humble although arrogant dude said it is not his forte. Anyway, we will see how his karma pan out.

It's a no brainer why JTiasa will test the high of RM3 recorded in 2012 next year. The answer lies in the super bull run CPO price staying at levels higher than in 2012. Even if the CPO prices do not break RM4k, which many expect this to happen due to a confluence of factors fuelling the run, so long as CPO prices stay around the RM3k plus level, JTiasa will report record profits in 2021. So, do what is necessary if you're in the market to make money, cheers.

@ emsvsi. You're wrong about selling BATMAN for the Genting Group. For starters, the damage done during the pandemic period will take many years to recover back to the pre-pandemic level. Even now, they're still trying to get back on their footing. Without any signs of tourism resuming, the full recovery of the Genting Group is still unknown. So,my advise to you is to sell your Gentimg shares and buy BATMAN.This is because the measures announced recently in the Budget will benefit BATMAN in their future sales, cheers.

Dont forget where the share prices and earnings of these glove counters were before the pandemic. Their ASPs were just mediocre. The big players have issued bonuses to inflate the capital many times and when the ASPs start falling, their prices will follow suit. Once the vaccine give confidence to users around the world it will be a PANDEMIC on the falling glove counters share prices then, cheers.

What statistical record show is greedy traders that wants to make money forever would lose all their gains. So, like they say, its always safer to take your profits earlier. Nevertheless, let's see where the big cap glove stocks will go in the short term. The long term answer is obvious when pandemic is in control and too many players are producing gloves to meet demand, cheers.

BAT is a wonderful company selling for a song at current prices. The business is on a recovery due to a confluence of factors. More recovery in earnings is anticipated in the coming quarters. Once EPS rises and match by increasing dividends, many pessimists will regret not buying. When the share price has shot through the roof, then they will moan and groan. FF love this stock and when the buying starts it won't be cheap to collect anymore. Remember, always buy companies which are well managed to protect your capital, cheers.

Another takeover announced today. Two directors of Lotus KFM is buying out MESB. So, what is Parkson waiting for? This is a golden opportunity for the major shareholder to take the Company private. This can be a Win Win situation for both minorities and the major shareholder if the offer price for the remaining outstanding shares is at a fair price. It will cost only a fraction of the real value of Parkson, cheers

Will WC perform share buyback or launch a takeover for the remaining shares not owned by him to dispel his inaction to protect minority interests in the value of Parkson? Is he maneuvering a merger of Parkson's business units seen as benefiting PHB more than PRGL? Note that the price of PRGL had been sliding unabated to 20 sen now. Recently, RSawit sold two loss making estates due to low yield per hectare. The sales proceeds will be used to retire some of the borrowings and invariably result in interest saving. The management is quietly confident of a turnaround after the bad ones have been disposed off coupled with good CPO prices currently. Their action of reducing the accumulated losses from the books is a precursor in franking out dividends once they're back to profitability. If CPO prices can sustain above RM3k per ton, RSawit will be able to record decent profits. Stay invested on the recovery story, cheers.

When the Bursa rebounded from Mar 20 low, practically all shares shot up including shit companies losing all their lives with few sen book value but not Parkson. Why???? It is because of this stupid Cambodian debacle arranged by corrupt people to issue a ridiculous award in favour of the plaintiff when they were clearly the culprit. Now that the Tribunal has overturned the decision and awarded compensation to Parkson, it is hoped that the poor perception can be cleared although Parkson had strenuously stated that the liability to PHB was negligible and impaired in the books in prior years. So, what's next? I think William Cheng lost a golden opportunity to at least do a share buyback at fire sale prices. Better still, he should have launched a takeover of the remaining shares not owned by him and parties acting in concert. Even a Novice businessman would have done it. No point keeping the listing when the market do not accord any reasonable value to the business and assets owned by Parkson. Why keep Parkson listed at this ridiculous price??? Might as well delist and repackage to relist later when market favours the Retail business again. Wonder what William Cheng has up his sleeves as it seem very disappointing. Best to step down as CEO if the right decision for the good of the company is not coming. Maybe, one of his daughters can assumed the role and do justice for the minority shareholders, cheers.

Parkson remain William Cheng's favourite business. The answer is simple. The business generates positive cash flow in practically all reporting quarters. A good ratio of cash over debt. Grossly undervalued Malls and landbank not revalued to books. A household name in the region. Profitable for some time now at the operating level for the China and Malaysian business before Covid-19. Share price selling at only 0.127 times to book value. Need I say more, cheers.
