It is true that WTK is a GEM. A well managed family run company. Apart from what is said above by calvintaneng, its Retained Earnings as at 30 June 2021 is still at RM 495 mil. What it means is that it's accumulated profits over the years is still substantial after deducting losses suffered these past few years due to low timber prices and CPO prices only starting to rise from 2020. This Sarawakian family is doing a bad job in managing the Oil Palm business. They're good at the timber and plywood business but is a failure in the oil business. Suggest they sell this business and make capital repayment to shareholders if they can't turnaround the business eventhough the CPO prices are at record high which is not sustainable in the long run.

You can't owned a port business at these fire sale price because it's a growth stock relative to the increasing throughput at the Port. Just look at the other 2 listed ports, Westport and Bintulu Port both at above RM 4.50. Sabah Ports is poised for exponential growth in the next three years with many activities in the pipeline, cheers.

This counter should go back to above RM2.00 when the re-ratimg set in. Those that buy at higher prices normally make more as they have endurance to hold longer till target price is achieved. All the Sabah ports parked under SURIA has very good potential to grow and contribute significantly to profits. No share price can go down or up continuously. Eventually, it will find its bottom and that was at 6 sen for Parkson and it is now on recovery mode. Nevertheless, there are still many prophet of doom in i3 who do not own any shares in Parkson but seem to be able to predict the business. If they are so clever, maybe they should use their talent to make good money in other companies and stop wasting their unproductive time here.
