Hi King36, the target RM0.134 will reach when they completed 13 lines (expect in October 2021). Target RM0.28 will reach when glove sector recovers to normal level (expect in 6 months). All of us know that glove sector is undergoing downtrend currently, but stock will not undergo downtrend forever, it will recover ......

A good write up. But what is the time line? 1 yr to reach 0.134? Then ?? to reach 0.28?? And ??? time to build another 48 lines? 2-3 years? When will TP -> 0.8 be reached? Another 2 years???

Timber went up more than 100% but the company is still losing money.

Not surprised at ALL!
When lose money the Directors should take 50% pay cut every year until the company has made money.

I guess Dnex share price may reach 0.70 to 1.00 before all the PP n warrants expiry ... In case most warrants converted to ordinary shares, Dnex's NOSH could reach 3 billions, then, the share price may reach 2.00 to 3.00 ... In short term, this could be the best case scenario for shareholders... Everyone Fatt Tatt Lorr ...

When the warrant is nearer to maturity the price will go down, unless the mother shares price go much higher than 0.50 since the exercise price to convert to mother shares is 0.50. Now mother shares is only 0.36. If you do not exercise, that is convert the warrant to mother shares before maturity date, the warrants will be forfeited, become no value at all. Have to be careful.

You are right.
But will the mgmt extends the conversion date by one or two years until the mother share has pick up value substantially??
They have to consider the shareholders' interest too. If not extended, this will have a very bad PR image on the mgmt. Most had suffered badly when the previous CEO sold his ESOS shares bulk and quit his job causing the share price to drop drastically.
I really hope they do not disappoint the share-holders this time.
