Rumours from Singapore YTLP may not get enough power for the intended Data Centre from TNB. How will it affect the Nvidia venture with YTLP?

YTLP is an independent power producer (IPP) supplying power to National Grid. Will YTLP required to produce sufficient electricity to run this Data Centre? How YTLP going to build new power plant? Is special licence required and how long does it take for the power plant to be operational? Can it be ready by the time physical Data Centre facility already completed? More important is Nvidia willing to take the risk?

Also rumours saying Nvidia may be interested to take up 100 acres industrial land offered by Crescendo. Why TNB not willing to supply power to YTLP/Nvidia venture, but considering Crescendo/Nvidia venture? Does it has anything to do with previous interview Francis Yeoh gave years back?

What do you have to do now? Play safe, sell YTLP and wait for everything settled? Or hold on to YTLP share and doing nothing? I am more incline to lock in profit first. Let those with risk appetite to make more profit. I always believe a bird in hand worth more than 2 bird in the bush. Good luck!

YTLP was not performing since I started to comment after CNY holiday, price was at 4.06
What I opined was at 4.06 YTLP no more cheap.
OTB at that moment was promoting YTLP day and night non-stop.
If you read the chart, YTLP share price didn't move since then.

Taking probability of making 10% at 4.10 vs losing 10%, which one has higher probability?
Surely you already know the answer.

MK Land has potential to move up tomorrow and continue into next week.

Now buying Paramount at 115 sen is because it is having good prospect to make a lot of money within next six months. Of course I also bought quite substantial amount at around 70 sen and still keeping at after receiving so much dividend. Right now Paramount is the safest bet (better buy) among all property counters.

This was also the reason why I bought SP Setia at 43 sen and Crescendo at 82 sen !

I bought UEMS at 19 sen for simple reason. UEMS has a lot of land in Nusajaya at very low cost. UEMS was very certain it won't turn belly up!

One of the three LRTs radiate out from JB Sentral (RTS terminal) will proceed all the way to Impian Hills, has a station at Tebrau City. Both Tebrau City and Impian Hills are developed by Plenitude.

So what should be the impact on Plenitude share price?
