We refer to the article published in the Nanyang Siang Pao under Business Section on Tuesday 11 December 2012 whereby it was rumoured that if both Dato' Seri Azim Bin Zabidi and Dato' Sri Mohd. Nadzmi Bin Mohd Salleh are to be appointed to the Board of Directors of Tiger Synergy Berhad and with the existing Board members removed, they would bring in business contracts worth RM3.0 billion to Tiger Synergy Berhad.
The Board of Directors of TSB wishes to announce that TSB has made inquiries to both Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Zabidi and Dato' Sri Mohd. Nadzim Bin Mohd Salleh on the truth of the contents of the said article but as of the date of this announcement, TSB has yet to receive any replies or responses from them.

The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Securities upon receipt of their replies or responses on the subject matter.

Tiger Synergy Bhd's board of directors will convene a meeting by end of this month to discuss steps to be taken in respect of the letter and the notice received from Hayat Maya Sdn Bhd and Syawaras Sdn Bhd.

"It's difficult to call for a meeting now because some of the board members are overseas on holiday," Tiger Synergy Executive Director Shirley Tan Lee Chin told a media briefing today.

Tan said the company has also engaged lawyers to advise the board on the matter.

Tiger Synergy has received a letter dated Dec 7 and a notice pursuant to Section 128 and 153 of the Companies Act 1965, both from Hayat Maya and Syawaras.

The letter and notice requests for an extraordinary general meeting to beheld to propose and move a resolution to remove the entire board of directors and appoint Datuk Seri Mohd Nadzmi Mohd Salleh, Datuk Seri Abdul Azim Mohd Zabidi and Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman as Tiger Synergy's directors. -- Bernama

　消息指出，一旦成功入主董事局，阿欣再比將注入上述期限介于5至10年、總值30億令吉的合約到TIGER。

　沙布拉肯油 第3季營業額漲2倍
沙布拉肯油向馬證交所報備指出，該公司第3季淨利按年增1.19倍，至1億8252萬令吉；稅前盈利則按年增92%至2億6132萬令吉；每股盈利增至3.65仙。

　該公司指出，第3季業績獲得亮眼表現，主要歸功旗下 SapuraClough業務表現亮眼，及更改該公司幾項訂單的合約協議。

　另外，沙布拉肯油首9個月營業額按年增長1.5倍至49億5486萬令吉，淨利則按年揚71%，錄得4億70萬令吉。

SapuraKencana: Net profit doubles to RM182m. SapuraKencana Petroleum’s net profit has surged 119.6% to RM182.5m for the third quarter ended Oct 31 compared to a year ago. The increase was driven by contribution from its offshore construction and subsea services (OCSS) arm. The group’s revenue has almost tripled from the previous year to RM1.3bn from RM484.5m.
