Might be they(main shareholders) want 20 sen but CNQC want lower.

Problem is main shareholders also hard to let go Vivo so cheap.

Macquarie balance PP how much(sorry I own many counters so don't follow 100%)? Why not ask CNQC buy balance Macq PP? Buy at mkt price (13.5-14 sen)not discount 10%.

For your information, open market do not have 30% of shares to buy, and CNQC want to buy at discount price. Normally such a huge amount of shares is not easy to transact through open market, that's why they have to go through private placement or share swapping and it is usually a complicated processes.

If nego so hard after 3 months why not CNQC buy from open market?

Assume export sales half quarterly revenue. If 1qtr sale RM 4 billion if 50% belong to export so RM 2 billion sales no need pay export tax? If 5% tax abolish can save RM 100 million a qtr? Profit up by RM 100 million a qtr?

Ring Epf is buying n selling fgv shares on profit. Fgv ia a total wash out so who dare to invest in fgv hence to build confidence on traders so all i know Govt must have instructed to defend fgv shares from falling. It is a public listed Co so govt cannot pump money into fgv hence epf is becoming proxy for govt.........
