this one is Tan Eng stock. he promoted aggressively few years back.

Petron also drop but HRC drop more bec 2 sen dividend and rise a lot from RM 2. Both losers from surging oil price?

Talk is easy but who will buy BJ Corp assets? Even China property payment still not received but interest every month must pay. Hotels not easy to sell. Bukit Tinggi land already put up for sale?

Agree. BJ Land already own 70+% whereas BJ Corp only 47% still long way to go way to privatise.
