@kamaru - if mother price rebounds before Dec by 8 cents of lower, or worst scenerio, mother price remain stagnant or drop, come Dec-2014, wa will be worthless.....
my suggestion, if you feel it is currently cheap, it would be a lot safer to buy into the mother share.....

high risk high return, if market rebounds back above 60cents tmw, you will gain a lot from wa.... the final decision is always your own to make

warrant players be careful..... maturity date Dec-20-2014 which is very soon...... currently warrant still at a premium of around 8 cents based on closing price today.....
warrant price will naturally converge to be on-par with mother share taking into consideration the exercise price as it closes in on maturity.......

wa plays on sentiments, usually when a mother drops, wa drops more than mother.... if mother climbs fast, wa climbs even faster......
is good price, but can it go lower? just when to enter.....

my view : RTO will materialize..... the delay was just that they could not obtain the approval to waive the "no compete" clause..... so delay RTO until the clause expires loh......
however, dun see a point to accumulate now as i feel that the price will still be below 0.50 by Q1 2015.....

seems investors are cautious as very very close to SC results already..... buyers queue at lower price hoping to average down their portfolio, sellers i assume are more towards contra players and investors whom suddenly lost confidence or something like that..... kekkeke..... :)

price is not 100% dependant on the 90% guarantee back, but very influential.... all will depend on supply and demand..... willing buyer willing seller...... if it goes below 90% mark, then even lower risk to buy as long as you can hold until mid-2016 loh..... if u buy and need to sell b4 mid-2016 and no QA approved yet, then depends on buy queue price at that point loh.....

@mowan - as an spac company, 90% of funds collected must be kept in a timedeposit account; only 10% to be used as operational costs during the identification and approval of QA. Only when QA is approved by SC can the funds be utilized for the purchase....... and in the event where no QA has been identified after 3 years from IPO or identified but rejected by SC, the 90% funds + interest will be taken out and distributed back to the shareholders

money back guarantee of 0.45 + 3 years interest........ if use compunded interest of 3% for 3 years, will get 0.4917...... after IPO 3 years without any QA approved.....

my view on this...... those not yet having vested interest and do not have the confidence, dun jump into the bandwagon..... those already in position, just hold loh..... max 2 weeks more to a decision from SC..... success rate of approval i dun wanna comment anymore..... but with a rejection, do not think that the price will be a freefall

@raymond - based on your figures, take the price of two shares (3.04 X 2), add 1.35 (the rights issue exercise price); and the total amount divided by 4 (coz u will also receive 1 bonus issue). that would come out to be 1.8575...... so if you had bought at 3.04 before ex-date, current losses at (1.8575 - 1.51) 0.3475 per share......

where got TP for sona now..... no figures yet from the QA...... only after SC approval investment houses will provide their TP....... but if we are able to take hibiscus as a benchmark, it would be wonderful...... :)

in a market where almost all O&G counters drop, you claim that you are right that armada drops? wow..... claiming credits on a free-ride..... what a hypocrite, i have vested interest here, and so do most who view this page...... but YOU? come here on the context of "HELPING", but in actual fact, having vested interest in a downturn market, man up and state your position and intention....... as i have mentioned time and again, no one is stopping you from trying to "inform" others, but again and again non-stop is another issue, and trying to show that you have a "good heart" in "HELPING" investors won't work here.....
