warrant will usually perform better than mother share; drop more when mother dropping, and increase more when mother is going up; especially the premium is just only around 12.5cents, if u look at say reach, warrant is at a premium of more than 30cents

accumulated enough mother already, now me accumulating warrants...... :)

actually, this drop might actually be a good thing....... since the rights issue price has not been finalized, the management would need to base it on the current price, so exercise price would be lower with a lower current price....... :)

my personal target price would be above 2.20
but let's wait for after SC approval, most research houses would provide their own TP.....

i tend to agree with your statement that market sentiments will always prevail over fundamentals..... however, this would have minimum impact on SPACs. 90% of funds will be in some time deposit account which cannot be touched and can only be utilized after SC approval.

sona's IPO was at 0.50, thus 0.45 is secured, actually more than 0.45 since it would include the interest also for the 3 years should no QA purchase take place.....

case scenerio to back my statement - look at the three SPACs, with the market dropping quite substantially especially O&G counters, CLIQ, SONA and REACH only drop by 0.5 to 1.0 cents today.......

with that i do not foresee any further plunge in sona, the only SPAC currently with a strong QA pending SC approval....... 19 days - yeah!!

overall market should be a correction tmw..... no more cheap sale then...... just wait another 19 days

seriously dun understand why people are buying reach now..... they have yet to identify any QA, look at sona. even identifying a QA and in the midst of SC approval, price is not even up...... i would enter reach most probably mid-2015 when QA has been identified......

most players will exit once there is a rebound, and will re-enter when closer to the RTO date..... think it is only logical
