If Im not wrong, say 4 shares give you one rights of 1.38. So taking 5 days average price at 2.07 before Ex multiply with 4, then deduct 1.38 and divide with 4 again. The mother shares is actually now just worth RM1.725... It means the rights have diluted the mother share value to that.. correct me if im wrong... just curious.

Is it right for a company to issue rights at a much lower price at 1.38? usually rights are issue at a fixed higher price in the future so it means management is confident mother share will be higher than the rights price.. but this... no comment.

While Pmetal recent results is boosted by its increased capacity from plant expansion, while Arank no expansion and all. The most improve quarter but not that exciting and all lar... my 50cent..
