Pro:
1. Expansion in Vietnam.

Cons:
1. Loosing business to illegal channel.
2. Younger generation opting for other means of betting (Virtual C, apps, etc.)
3. High chance of higher sin tax.


Summary:

Expansion in Viet - declining in Malaysia = Not that very exciting. Might as well invest in Virtual currency.

IPO has always been a source of fund raising for a company, it can be for expansion (Which they dont want to borrow from bank to incur debt from there and raise fund from investor instead since is cheaper that way) or it can be for a company that borrow money first then raise funds to service it. Nevertheless if a company has no financial capacity, a company cant expand, a company cant deliver it's business. Thats why fundamentally for shares, you are taking part in a company business and investing in its growth. So for you, maybe in 2 years time you come back and buy from those early investor ya !

Sold off my dnex as reached my tp 0.67 which is derived based on Myeg model. From here onwards, is better to invest in myeg as it is proven and gives dividend as well.

Comparing to SKP. 1 year movement, SKP 15%, VS 100%. In terms of profit, quarter ended Dec 2016, SKP 30mil. VS 33.5mil. In terms of no. of shares, SKP has 1.57bil, VS has 2.5bil. In terms of dividend yield in 2016 with current price, SKP is 2.7%, VS (Assume 0.06 -2017) is 2.97% ... So what do you guys think?
