If you think the price has reached your target, then sell & lock in profit. It always great to see people make money in stock market.

I once said before that having Ekovest is like riding a bus from KL to Penang, the bus may stop here & there along the way, but it is fine to me since I know my destination.

Why should I stop & leave the bus at Tg Malim?

I read the newsletter (chinese version) from icapital & TTB took 6 pages (from page 13 to page 18) to explain the reasons for changing his view from bearish to bullish.

He used the title “前所未有的修改” for the article.

My opinions are:
No.1 - all the reasons given by him were well known to many of us in i3 & nothing special & new, such as brexit, Trump's presidential win, China's factory output increased, blah blah blah, he is just trying to 自圆其说。

No.2 - Real Warren Buffet continue buy shares without looking too much on the market condition, we all seen that from news, WF bought shares every year. So do many sifus in i3, But NOT for TTB. TTB hold cash when market has been tough (He is nothing if compared to many sifus in i3 in term of returns)

No.3 - TTB may be very smart in asking people to put money to earn FD type return & earn himself 6mil a year BUT he is definitely a loser in stock market for past 5-8 years!

Berjaya GTI, which effectively 51% owned by Berjaya Group (80% Corp & 20% Toto), awarded as business partner under 18 years contract to invest capital, setup & run the games.

It was mentioned by Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Vietnam in the news:
Berjaya will give 100% of the capital, technical equipment and software. In return, Barjaya will enjoy a certain profit rate of revenues from the lottery business to offset investment costs. However, representatives of the Ministry of Finance did not disclose the specific profit rate.

The cost of investment expected by Berjaya was $US 210.6 million.

QUESTION:
How much will be the positive impact to Berjaya Corp? Even though the Jackpot Game was started in July 2016 & I have a close friend in Vietnam told me that the people there is now crazy about Jackpot Game, but not much impact can be seen in Berjaya Corp QR 31/10/2016.

Can any sifu enlight me on this for I may have overlooked something here or there?

This is long term holding stock, if anyone expect skyrocketing profit jump in short time, disappointment may be unavoidable.

Eventually, sun will rise from the east & go down at the west. TTB has been predicted wrongly since 2010, he timed the market totally wrong direction for so many years.

Anyone can say anything & change view over night by giving all sorts of reasons, for example, situation has changed, business environment has changed or political leaders have changed.

Trust me, KLCI will surely hit above 2000 points, if not within 3 years, it could be 5 to 10 years.

Hi Yip, warrant don't have its own engine, it fully rely on the performance of mother share.

If you believe mother share can go up further, warrant will give cheaper & yet higher return potential option for your money.

But if thing turn bad, warrant will give you more damage because of leverage effect.

Premium in conversion is the lesser the better.

From last year 30 Nov closed at 0.965 to now RM1.31, very good call, Mr Calvin

All correct except the price of warrant will be RM0.655, instead of RM0.656

Son to Mother conversion,
RM0.655 + RM0.48 = RM1.135

Premium = 1.3%

He used to be like this ._.

Hi kino kow, johotin is good company & has been making good profits but a bit of up & down lately, once they managed to deliver consistent profits in future, the price should be easily more than RM1.6+.

That's my 2 cents opinion, but I do not have any Johotin share & still monitoring it.

Hi Yip, I don't have reference or news for what is going on with IWCity, so I can't predict the future of IWCity if merely based on the name of Lim Kang Hoo.

I have been monitoring that company too but can't see much things with the information that made public currently.

I believe paperplane may have better knowledge & "insider's" info about IWCity as I suspect he is holding some IWCity shares too. :)

The next key factor will be their ability in delivering results in future. I personally have confidence in the management in that aspect based on past years' records.

We have known Haris selling his shares like no tomorrow since the price was below RM1.30 until now, but the price kept moving up due to bright & good prospect of Ekovest.

We do not want to judge the reasons of Haris sales, but instead respect his actions as he responsible to no one.

If you think Ekovest is just like taliwork, then please don't buy ekovest, simple as that.

I think sell & cheated never bought any Ekovest shares right? Judging from the way you talking since long long time ago. We know what we are doing as genuine shareholders of Ekovest.

If you have not bought any ekovest shares, then it is good for you since you are not trapped anyway.
