Berjaya Corp has over RM 20 billion in assets. It is so diversified that it is extremely unlikely to go bust. At 0.395, I think it is very attractively priced. Investors who are worried that it might go down to 10 sen again can always sell now and buy back when it drops to say 15 sen. Nobody can predict correctly how low it can go down.

At 0.395, it is the lowest in over 7 years. Investors should be buying and not selling this counter.

The company didn't actually lose money during the final quarter. It suffered impairment in value of goodwill relating to the gaming cash generating units (mainly B Toto) amounting to over RM 440 million.

Should dispose of first should it go above RM 5.60 today.

May be it is just rumour only, otherwise its share price would have shot through the roof.

Already a more than 10% gain from its recent low just a few days ago. Those who had the gut to buy at 40 sen or below are having a good laugh now.

At RM5.00 per share, it is already at its lowest in at least 5 years. At RM4, it would be the lowest level since the middle of 2009.

Keck Seng must have kept most of its cash in Singapore. The average effective interest rates for its cash holding last year was 1.32 %. From the middle of last year, the Singapore dollar has gone up from $ 1 = 2.55 Ringgit to $ 1 = 2.75 Ringgit today. Can you imagine how much Keck Seng stands to gain if it keeps $ 300 million if its cash holdings in Singapore?

We have been hearing about TA Enterprise divesting its holdings in TA securities over the past several years but such rumour never materialized. For those who are patient enough, such a rumour might become a reality one day. Just wait, after all TA is trading below par value and at a over 30% discount to its NTA.

Last year, Keck Seng's over RM 900 million cash only earned about RM 10.6 million in interest. If the management is half as good as EPF, the income from Keck Seng's cash stockpile would have been RM 30 million.

It went down to RM 5.05 in January this year. Who would expect it to shoot past RM 6 in less than 2 months.

Keck Seng has almost 10,000 acres of land bank, of which 8,900 acres are plantation land. The rest consists of a 510 acre gold course (including club house and other recreational facilities) and housing land. Keck Seng's housing land and golf course should be worth RM 1,000,000 per acre. Based on this, Keck Seng's land bank is already worth RM 12.2 per share.

Hasn't fallen below RM 5,50 for quite sometime now. Hope it doesn't drop below this crucial level this time.

EPF withdraws support.

With RM 1 billion in cash reserve and only about 142 million Keck Seng shares not held by its directors, major shares holders or their associates, the company can actually offer RM 7 per share to buy up all the public shares.

The dividend was 2.8 sen last year and TA's share price was above 80 sen a year ago.

Nothing to worry about CIMB. EPF has upped its stake in CIMB from 14.65% on 10/12/14 to 17.09% on 14/05/15.

Keck Seng is a defensive play. If you buy at this level and its price still drops to RM 5.00, just invest more without hesitation.

Looks like support for this counter has returned. 50 sen again soon, hopefully.

Nobody can ever correctly predict when to sell a share, otherwise one does not need to work, only concentrate on share investment. Even charts can be deceptive because share price is often manipulated. Suppose you have bought several thousand Keck Seng shares today, would you not sell some after it has gone up by 15 to 20%?

Too bad you didn't sell when it went up to RM 7.97 in early Nov 2013. Have to wait for some time now before it goes up to this level again.

It looks like it is moving up to RM 5.96 to RM 5.98 again tomorrow.

Back to 13 sen again very soon. Ha, ha, ha.

Since the beginning of the year, EPF has upped its stake in CIMB by over 1.5% to 16.6% whereas MUFJ's stake in CIMB over the same period hardly changes. No need to worry. Just buy and hold for a few months.

Those who had bought at 14.5/15.0 sen two weeks ago must have lost their pants by now.

With land in Johor Bahru getting lesser and lesser each day, Keck Seng could come in for a revaluation by some savvy investors one day.The time might be earlier than one expects. We won't go very wrong if we slowly accumulate Keck Seng shares now. Forget about its paltry dividend payout. A long term view is needed if you want to invest in this counter.

FGV earned only 8.4 sen per share last year but has declared 10 sen per share as dividend. It can never afford to maintain such a pay out ratio in the long run. Earnings must improve first.

Should move back to 50 sen again within the next few weeks if overseas markets are stable.

Sold at 50.5 sen over two weeks ago. Now start to buy back slowly.

Much faster than I had expected. Quick drop, quick rebound, hopefully.

There hasn't been any speculative play on this cash rich counter for a year now. Hopefully the uptrend can persist.

Better dispose all if it ever goes up to RM 1.00 again.

Compared to a low of under US$ 44 per barrel, crude oil has now risen to about US$ 54 per barrel. CPO price should follow suit very soon and hence plantation counters.

Has any one read today's SinchewBusiness (星洲财经)? It was reported that Greenland Holdings of China (绿地集团）plans to buy 1,200 to 1,400 acres of industrial land located near to the existing Tanjung Langsat industrial building for RM 40 per ft2 or over 1.7 million per acre. Keck Seng's plantation land is just a stone's throw away.

The quantum of dividend to be paid will be known when the company releases its annual audited accounts at the end of this month.

rich, you should immediately sell your Keck Seng shares, if you have invested in this counter. The probability of Keck Seng going up to RM 14 is higher.

FGV seems to be on uptrend again.

Don't worry. Just be patient and it will drop to 45 sen again within the next one month.

More likely to be 1st target 0.76, 2nd target 0.85

With the present conservative management, you may have o wait for years before the company's full potential can be realized.
