For most part of the past 4 years, RHB Bank's share price was always 20 to 30 sen higher than CIMB. While CIMB Bank dipped below RM3 sometime in late Oct/early Nov 2020, RHB Bank stayed at above RM4.20. Since surpassing RHB Bank's share price several months ago, CIMB Bank's lead has widened to over 40 sen. This is really heart wrenching!

RHB Bank is getting very boring now. Many bank counters including Maybank, Public Bank and CIMB Bank have gone up but RHB Bank is still struggling at around RM5.50. It hasn't traded above RM5.70 for over half a year now.

I think not many people know that Keck Seng has a lot of valuable land located in Johor Bahru. Otherwise its price won't stay at this level.

Uncle Prudentinvestor started buying Keck Seng shares during the late 1980s and still keep some bought in 1993 or 94. Received bonus issues twice for those shares bought in 1993/94. The last time uncle bought Keck Seng shares was about 11 years ago, bought at under RM4. Unfortunate thing is I only disposed of a small portion when it went up to RM7.97 9 or 10 years ago.

He bought those shares at a steep 75% discount.

If Maybank reports earnings per share of not less than 80 sen next February and declares a final dividend of between 32 to 35 sen a share, then it should easily climb up to RM10

Genting was trading at above RM5.50 a share in early 2020. It has to go up by another 20% from its present level to reach its pre pandemic levels.

RHB Bank is still struggling at its pre pandemic levels. Maybank is already at least 5% higher, CIMB bank is over 10% higher while Public Bank is over 20% higher.
