The person who said averaging down is "situpid" is even more situpid himself. Just over two years ago, the average cost of my investment in MRCB was just over 50 sen a share. As the price dropped, I continued to buy in small quantities until about 34 sen and managed to bring down my average cost to about 45 sen. Had I continued to average down to 29 sen, my average cost would have been lower. My average cost is slightly lower now as I had disposed of some at around 50 sen. What have you got to say now?

Maybank is a very dependable company. It had already increased its interim dividend payment by 1 sen a share to 29 sen. Even a one sen increase in the final dividend would bring total dividend payment for this year to 60 sen a share, giving a yield of 6.6%.

Up one or two sen a day, should reach RM5 soon but still a long way from my target price.

Testing investors' patience. Many who are unwilling to wait might have sold their MRCB shares.

Cresendo Corp Bhd is selling its land in Pulai again, this time 7 parcels of land to Yu Ao Sdn Bhd at RM125/ft2. Never expect land is soooo valuable now in Pulai area.

Should RHB Bank be able to maintain its earnings at the current level or even improve on it, its share price may get a much needed boost.

I believe water tariffs in Johor are the highest in Malaysia. Ranhill Utilities' consultants and contractors are doing pretty well. It should be doing much better.

Orang Nippon, DNEX didn't go up to RM6 as predicted by you. It is struggling now at under 50 sen a share. Investors just aren't convinced that Ranhill would spike to RM2 should YTLP increase its stake to over 50%.

Keck Seng's development land in Johor is not limited to Pulai area only. It also has 7,500 acres of plantation/development land in Pasir Gudang area. Now assuming its development land in Pulai is worth RM50/ft2 and its landbank in Pasir Gudang area is worth RM9/ft2 or RM400,000 per acre. Total worth of its landbank is over RM4 billion.

You are a gambler/speculator, I am a long term investor, investing mainly in bank counters. Gamblers/speculators sometimes make money but often lose. You can't defeat syndicates.

EPS for the past 9 years averaged 5.6 sen. This year's eps is unlikely to exceed 4 sen. I am unwilling to pay over 70 sen a share for this kind of counter, roughly in line with Maybank's recommendation.

Time to wake up and move ahead. Come on, you are worth much more than RM1.19 a share.

MRCB was trading at above 70 sen a share before Covid19 struck in early 2020. No reason why it can't go up to 70 sen again. It may take time.
