Agree with pathfinder2. Management only want to goyang kaki and get easy money. Why nobody mention of Bualuang field has 2P reserves of 75 MMbo with productive life cycle of about "5 years" only. If productive life cycle is "50 years" the acquisition is considered good. No wonder the selldown. So the calculation PE 12 to PE 14 as cheap is wrong because the Bualuang field does not last 12 or 14 years.

Shares buyback now reach 2.7%. Beside dividend 1.5sen there is possibility of receiving share dividend as well. Despite having high borrowing RCE interest income is more than interest expense in the balance sheet. Latest quarter interest income is RM 2.1million vs RM 7K for interest expense, so continuous shares buyback is not a problem as deposits with licensed financial institution remain a high 288million.

Poor financial result is the reason for lacklustre share price. They must dispose their own overvalued holdings like BJ Auto, 7-Eleven, etc and invest more in undervalued stocks in their group eg BJ Toto to improve financial result.

Shares buy back reach 3% today just about 2 months after declaring share dividend 6%. Can declare share dividend 3% as at today.

Cash dividend is replaced by 6% share dividend which is equally rewarding.

How often we change our IC or MyKad? Yes, they get contract but are we compulsory to change our MyKad. As I know children reach 12 years is compulsory to change to Dsonic MyKad. What about the rest of Malaysian? RM3 plus or RM17 before split for IC company is something I am not willing to pay.
