2013 likely to report one of the best year for PW. Will there further good news eg dividend, bonus or free warrant? PE still low base on 9 months report.

Andygan you said Tower Reit location good but turnover drop more than 10% compare to Q4 2012 in latest quarterly result. Q Cap has a retail mall ie Tesco Penang so turnover is stable compare to Tower Reit which has rental income from office buildings only. I also own Tower Reit before when it was around RM 1.30 but since it is now no longer cheap I prefer Q Cap.

Up 4sen today. Andygan, Q Cap and UOA Reit(dividend ex date 4/2/14) is cheaper than Twr Reit. However the 3 reits can collect dividend next month.

Good news for property stocks. OPR maintain at 3%.

Fear of interest rate increase due to weak RM. Anyway can look forward to 5sen dividend.

Local stocks not cheap. Mostly 20sen local stocks FA not good eg no dividend & loss making(eg Harvest, HWGB). Moreover China has huge population and major sport country in the world so demand for shoes sole which Msport produce likely to be good.
