I wrote about whether those corporate exercises such as bonus issues, free warrants and share split do the following things

Do they create value for the company?

For question 1 above, I argued that creating more shares by issuing bonus issues, free warrants and share split do not create any additional value for the company. Value simply can’t be created out of thin air. Can it? If you still insist yes, that 1+1 equals to 3, I really have nothing else to say.

Today Mr Loh already lose 1 sen. Maybe he will lose more next week.

The last time Mr Loh bought in Aug'16 Tek Seng still drop. Doesn't mean cannot drop more.

Last week 8 sen was low yet still drop 7.5 sen. This week 7.5 sen think was low yet still drop to 7 sen. So when is lowest?

Meaning total RM 9 million profit for Q3 & Q4. Very poor. Must sell.

My friend who is working for a local investment bank contacted Mr Loh to seek clarification on the recent sell down. Here are some positive info:

- on track to achieve RM40 mil profit for 2016
- warrant conversion more than 60% so far
- hold 3 - 4 months

This is not a buy call. You decide.
