All those indicators failed because the company can't afford to pay dividend despite good profit (which is weird). Even weirder is despite not paying out dividend, they have to call for PP to dilute share like water.

Both PP and RI has the same negative effect of diluting the share. RI is offered to existing shareholder, but PP only offered to insider, both at discounted price. Just because PP doesn't attract much attention compare to RI doesn't mean it is better.

Private Placement (PP) is worst than rights issue. It don't give opportunity for existing shareholder to buy at discount, but just dilute the share. This company is famous for diluting share thru PP. One thing that is sure to grow for this company is its share count.

Total loss is expected to be in billion.

Current dividend payout is not sustainable as it had way exceeded its FCF resulting in worsening liquidity year by year.
