Just a hope they are involved with Bandar Malaysia before june 17. If kaotim I believe it will fly, if tak jadi we have to be prepared for it to go lower. We have to be prepared to see it sink to it's price just 2 months ago was only 40+ sen. I invest 15%, cannot go all in, too risky.

Ameera IWH and CREC have 2 months from April 17 to June 17 to pay deposit $1.2+ Billion. IWC investors are hoping Lim kang hoo will merge EKOVEST, IWC and IWH. Without merger the question is where is the money going to come from? There is also some hope Greenland will pay up the 2 Billion they owe IWC for land deal made a few years ago. If they pay lump sum, IWC can declare cash dividend so that IWH as major share holder can receive funds to pay deposit.

There are so many possibilities. My interest in IWC is due to their attractive waterfront land (about 1000 acres) in JB. Even if they are not involved in Bandar Malaysia, it is still an attractive counter at current undervalued price.
