Federal Reserve decision to not raise interest rates for the rest of 2019 is big news for properties. There could be a rise in real estate prices world wide. IWCITY with waterfront land in Johor may rise and rise in the coming months. PM visit to China in April to resolve ECRL and other issues will be the turning point for many bursa stocks. Holding tight. Will not sell this counter for next few years.
If Malaysia indeed turns into tiger again in Asia, just imagine what will happen? A return to the go-go years of 1990's !!!!!

O.K. I don't usually offer stock tips, as it is actually quite a gamble when we pick or select stocks. But I currently feel strongly for IWCITY. May want to do some research on this counter and decide for yourselves. I took a position a few weeks back. So far it seems to be doing good. I just get this feeling, it may go ballistic soon.

jellyfish666 Ha! Ha! By Malaysian standards, TAGB and TA ent are considered one of the more recognizable stocks by size. I personally feel father and son are very capable, but the family is currently and also for a very long time (many years) been increasing their shareholdings in these two stocks. It would not in my opinion benefit them to see the share price go up. We on the other hand the small investors are holding on to the believe that since this two counters are so deeply undervalued that they will skyrocket some day in the future. Some of us have been holding and waiting for many years. Will that day come soon enough? Can keep on guessing, I guess.

The CFO of TAGB quit in Nov 2018. He was 52 yrs old. To quit at that age at a large corporation made me cautious. So I sold down my shares by 50% and sold all my TA as it was trapped at a ceiling price of 66 sens. As my cost is 29 sen, I wonder if I should sell all remaining shares and close this chapter. Difficult choice to make. Quite fed up with this counter.

Whole Malaysia knows about Bandar Malaysia and Najib's last minute about face that cost Lim and china rail the award of this project. But not many know how good is IWC's landbank in JB as the details are not very clear in the annual report and other media available. I have a feeling this current run up and high volume may have nothing to do with Bandar Malaysia. Time will tell.

Maybe because we are K.L. people, that's why we keep looking at Bandar Malaysia. Doesn't matter lah, whatever it is , let's hope for big one.

Heart broken investors.

They are always fighting. Something is brewing at iwcity, going by the recent volume. These are not small fish, maybe they are the size of whales. Just hold tight, don't sell.

luckypunting has a very good point. Next quarter could be very good. But I am not gonna buy as yet. It is not a dividend play, most likely can get about 2 sens. Not worth to invest for now.

Since this stock had a ceiling price of 66 sen it was not going to breakthrough. I sold out at 63 sen a few months ago and invested in some very badly beaten down stocks, especially ASTRO. It was a lucky move. Was looking at this quarter results to see if it was worthwhile to re-enter for maybe a good dividend announcement in April, but now it is not going to be very good.

SC should investigate unscrupulous traders that push the price up and than sell out one day before release of quarterly results. These type of mouse should be caught and hung by their tails.

He will have to stop buying and continue to buy after March 12th. As you can see he has not purchased anymore for quite a number of trading days. If the price continues to be in the 65 sen to 66 sen range, it is going to be quite difficult for him to accumulate more. I believe, correct me if I am wrong, he cannot purchase at higher than MGO offer price of 66 sen. It is the reason the counter is going to remain at about this price for some time, unless retail investors are willing to push the price above 66 sen on their own as he cannot do it.

My assumption is the 6 months is calculated from Sept 12 and to make another offer I believe he has to wait one full year which will fall on Sept 12, 2019. Meanwhile he can purchase from open market 2% in each 6 months for a total of 4%.

I hope trial run of bundled service (broadband + Astro’s content offering) in Jasin, Melaka works out really well. The amazing prospects for Astro nationwide may propel this stock to it's IPO price of RM3.00 and beyond. Tenaga should be making an announcement in next couple of months on their role in this new adventure.

Yeah it used to be a border less world. Then some big armies conquered and took large chunks of the world for themselves and put up borders where there were none and travel documents, visas as well to turn a wonderful open world into a world where the privileged live in much higher standards while relegating many into low class 3rd world countries. I agree with that view that there is a lot of discrimination and it is totally illegal. Yet we need to respect copyright and patent rights so that the makers or creators of new technologies etc are paid for their hard work. If others can copy and make contraband stuff then what is the reward for innovation?

is true. We definitely cannot eradicate and have a purely holy, law abiding society. But law and order needs to be imposed, if not there will be chaos. I rather live in a law abiding country than to live in a country where everything is up for grabs. Some will try to rob you with sharp knives, some with guns and others through cyber theft etc etc and the list goes on and on.
It takes time to change society that has become so used to grab whatever you can, to society that respects other peoples belongings. After all that is what we want others to do with with us as well.
Mutual respect, regardless of rich or poor, Christian or muslim, hindu or sikh, taoist or maoist. Live by the sweat of thy brow, be proud of yourselves and your country and yes walk with our heads held up high, like LIONS!!! Then and only then will the world look at us and say WOW!! Malaysia and it's people are wonderful.
