Even if it is for dividend... it's still better than putting in FD. Even if the bank pays u 7%, you still have to wait for 1 year. This one is only less than 1 month. And even after adjustment, with the company's fundamentals... easily will go back the your original price. Even if it doesn't go... it is still a handsome dividend..

Fahmi.. learn your stuff first before spitting everywhere ... usd is weakening. Not rm strong. RM is still 3 to 1 against aud and sgd. RM will continue to be weak. Just need to wait USD to regain strength. So it's time to accumulate TG at lower price

Sharp eyes .. I saw that too and because it doesn't have notes to the accounts, I am guessing this is construction work in progress.... and yes, it would only be damansara foresta. Construction work in progress will eventually be turned into revenue (via progress billings) and once the bankers release final drawdowns, you will also see cash and bank balances ballooning. The next quarter is going to be very interesting. Significant revenues recognised.. and a big cash pile. I foresee dividend will also be declared during that time....
