The court case is involving our minor shareholders in HeveaWood claiming no dividends after many years despite HB gave limited dividends. We are unable to pay as we have a loan governance to pay borrowers first. The case was won twice but the plaintiffs still brought it to appeal court. This is non issue if we pay up all loans in June this year.

2 - 700 containers of reject (Actual is 700 m3 not containers).

We had an issue that 700m3 of our PB to Korea were held up in Korean port over quality problem last October due to wrong testing method. This is resolved after our protest, our test, local labs, and Korean labs subsequently prove us right. The results are better that requirements. Thus all cargo cleared.

OTB, can you please repeat the reply from Hevea management on the court case and Korean consignment. Many of them have not read because you only post in one Hevea forum and the writer has it removed, i think. For the benefit of all those who has not read the reply and to counter false rumours, please repeat them in all Hevea forum, which i think there are at least 3 of them. One of the directors is disposing for the new syndicate which is big and strong, to buy. Is it good or bad?

We should buy more of Hevea as the forces of good will prevail over the forces of evil. Look at Lii Hen. The present syndicate is big and strong and with the catalyst of excellent 4th quarter profits,potential bonus and free warrant i can tell you confidently for Hevea to reach RM2 is no problem.
The management through OTB has given a convincing reply on the the court case of dividend (so small a matter) and the Korean containers which was not detained but reported as if so serious and the losses so much.
Please note the sales of Hevea at present is so overwhelming that they cannot handle and have to redirect to Mieco.

We should buy more of Hevea as the forces of good will prevail over the forces of evil. Look at Lii Hen.

Many of you do not know the law. Please note that spreading rumours and creating panic in the market through false and unverified reporting can get you into problem with the Authority.If you think it is worth it, also think of the law of cause and effect and how your bad intention affects other investors who losses money because of your irresponsible reporting.

I agree with Sarawakian.You have to be responsible for what you write. We wait and see whether the Authority will take action against him for spreading rumour and creating panic in the market or Hevea to sue him for that purpose if what he wrote is unfounded. The heading he used is too high sounding, mischievous and with bad implication of scam or cheating.

Please do not listen to people who give you a link and ask you to sell.Do you think he is doing you a favour?
My advice is, do not sell because there will be announcements to reward shareholders for their support.
Above RM2 is not a problem.The 4th quarter profits to be announced the latest by end February 2016 will be another record.

The syndicate is also not stupid to just maintain the counter for you to run. There must be good reasons for them to maintain the price of the counter before pushing up to the next level. To push up the price of a counter you need catalyst like free warrant, extra dividend etc which VS has. Just be patient.
