Now i think market has a chance to crash after reading HNA debt crisis. China's debt problem will likely to impact market within a year or two.

China has been like that for decades, why not? Because Xi want to degear the economy, and he has a weakness of doing things in a rush, that will screw the economy. But now US is so strong, probably can cushion a big part of the impact.

I am still bullish at Airasia, I think it will reach RM8 within the year. Although TF stopped talking about dual listing, AAC etc, but IPO of MAA should do Airasia's share price fine. So, we will have 3 airasias at Bursa, which will make TF and MK top 10 richest in Malaysia next year.

Margin compression, competition (I think Petron and Petronas are doing much better in terms of management, one can either choose quality or cost, Shell is blur blur one), gearing will get higher, zero dividend for years to come.......

2. Hengyuan has high capital expenditure. Warren Buffett uses Owner's earning to reflect true picture of profitability.

Owner's Earning = Net Profit + Depreciation - Capital Expenditure.

Hengyuan Owner's Earning is a "-" number.

Just don't blame Warren Buffett if you lose money, Warren actually told you to stay away.
