Parent company of Hengyuan in China is weak. Takeover of Shell Malaysia has been described as "Snake swallow Elephant" by the Chinese Media.

Hengyuan China is one of the most polluted company. The factory has often been ordered to shut down whenever there is major event.

3 Reputable directors of Hengyuan already resigned last May, on the same day.

One of the director is a 33 year old Chinaman. Safe to say the directors profile is weak compare to the Shell years.

NTA of Shell went down from RM9 to RM1 in the few years before Hengyuan takeover. This could happen again.

The February quarter was expected to make huge profit, it turns out profit went down.

Well, if you want to convince people to support Hengyuan, you got to have something solid, and do some serious research. You got to ask the right question, and find the right answer.

The numbers look good. IRR of 20% blah blah blah etc.

I mean share price is still heavily discounted, so its safe for now to invest. Few years later if it is poorly executed, then it is another story.

Well, the management repeatedly said that market is difficult, it's true also BJC has lots of retail, so its related to market conditions. Going forward it will still be weak results, so wait another two years or so.

Just hope that Market crash won't kill it.
